Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by DroneHance Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including aerial imagery, data analysis, and any other related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services

We provide aerial imagery and data analysis services using drones. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal for each project.

3. Payment

Payment terms for the Services will be specified in the service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the Services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide us with access to the site where the Services will be performed.
  • Ensure that the site is safe and free of hazards.
  • Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for drone operations.
  • Cooperate with us in the performance of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in the data and deliverables produced as part of the Services. Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specific purpose for which they were created.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services.

7. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to Customer’s use of the Services.

8. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
