3. Takedown Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material.
- Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed or disabled in error.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material: Identify the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

- Statement of acceptance of service: State that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of claimed infringement or an agent of such person.
- Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
